Kyogle Community Christmas Luncheon – buy your tickets now
The Kyogle Community Christmas Luncheon for singles and couples alone at Christmas will be held at the Kyogle Community Centre (formerly the Seniors Centre) in Bloore Street, Kyogle on Christmas Day (25 December). There will be a full roast dinner and desserts as well as lucky door prizes. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $5 for children under 12. No alcohol permitted. Service NSW is returning to Woodenbong
The Service NSW mobile service centre is returning to Tuesday 5 December between 10am-2pm. It will be located at the Woodenbong Community Hall in Unumgar Street. Tuesday, 5 December is World Soil Day and to mark the day, the Kyogle Environment Group will hold a special community screening of the film Rachel's Farm in the Banquet Room of the Kyogle Memorial Institute at 5.30pm. The documentary chronicle's Rachel Ward's journey to regenerate the family's Nambucca Valley property from the soil up and how one woman can make a difference. Kyogle Youth Drop-in is happening on Thursday and Friday afternoons during Term 4 at the Kyogle Youthie/Laneway Community Space. This is a safe space for young people aged 12-17 years to hang out, meet up with friends, grab some food and join in on activities happening throughout the term.
