To help ensure our communities are safe and their streets are appropriately lit, Essential Energy has released a new easy-to-use tool for reporting faulty streetlights on the Essential Energy website.

The new tool replaces the previous Neatstreets system and has been designed to make reporting a fault easier. They new reporting tool can be accessed from a computer, mobile or tablet — there is no need to download an application or login to an account.
