After years of fires, Covid isolation and floods the village of Bonalbo is coming together as a community to celebrate DogFest.
Why dogs? Bonalbo was the first show in Australia, in 1950, to run working dog trials using cattle. These trials are now run Australia wide, but Bonalbo has the bronze dog statue.
On 17-18 March, all dogs will be celebrated, not just the working dogs. Everyone is welcome to come along, stay overnight at the caravan park, and have a fun time.
The very famous Wonderdogs, stars of stage and screen, will be putting on two shows.
