Agendas and Minutes

The “Current and Upcoming Events” table below shows upcoming meetings and links to view agendas and related attachments (agenda packet).  Agendas are usually available on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.  To view the full agenda including attachments, select ‘Packet’ in the dropdown menu of the table’s “File” column (at the right).

Once the meeting has been completed you will be able to view the Agenda, Reports, Attachments, Minutes and Recordings on the ‘Most Recent Events” table.  To listen to the recording, click on the media icon for the meeting you wish to hear. The recordings are bookmarked, which means you can click on the item in the meeting you wish to hear and the recording will take you there.
