Membership of the library is open to all permanent residents of the region, free of charge. You simply have to complete an application from at the library, and provide official identification and proof of permanent residence. The library encourages children of all ages to become members, based upon parents/guardians discretion and permission. A parent/guardian is required to sign on behalf of new members under 16 years of age.
