Local Land Services will hold a community barbecue and information session at the Tabulam Hall on 30 October on controlling cane toads and other pest animals on your property.
At the session, you will:
• Learn to identify cane toads at all life stages.
• Discover practical control methods, including tadpole traps and hand collection.
• Understand the threat cane toads pose to native wildlife, domestic animals, and agriculture.
• Get tips on managing other pest species and discuss strategies with our Biosecurity Officers.
This is a great opportunity to connect with neighbours, get expert advice, and enjoy a free barbecue.
