Chef Danie will take you through the steps in making your own quick pickle with excess veggies, and whip up a delicious meal using common leftover ingredients.

This free online workshop is hosted by North East Waste on behalf of it’s member councils including Kyogle Council, as part of the Love Food Hate Waste program.
