This month at the Bazaar, organisers are promoting their environmental credentials. There will be a wonderful blend of handmade, up-cycled and secondhand as well as plant stalls.
Patrons are encouraged to buy local and protect our amazing environment. As part of this market the Border Rangers Richmond Valley Landcare will be hosting the barbecue and will be running a series of talks at the stage. The following is a list of the talks:
9.30 AM – Cane toad control
10 AM – Climate Ready Vegetation
10.30AM – Hollow dependant species and nest boxes
11AM – Supporting Koala habitat (I’ll link the flying foxes into this talk)
11:30AM – Weeds and strategic weed management
12 Noon – Creating native habitats in the suburbs
