This National Recycling Week, November 8-14, get ready to lift the lid on your recycling and test your trivia knowledge. If you consider yourself a bit of a waste-and-recycling aficionado then invite your friends and family over, or go solo, and have your brain teased with our ‘National Recycling Week’ inspired Trivia Night.

National Recycling Week is a time to celebrate our #RecycleRight achievements, brush up on our recycling skills and dispel some of the uncertainty around what we can recycle and where it’s going.Give your team a name and dress up in your favourite recycled, up-cycled/ op-shop outfit, to truly join the fun. Their will be a prize for best dressed.

Hosted by Wipe Out Waste expert Reece Orse (pronounced Re-source), Whether you choose to fly solo or get a team of family and friends together, participants should be prepared for laughs and the possibility of winning some great sustainable prizes, all in the comfort of your own home.

This event will be run live digitally via zoom.

Although anyone is welcome to join, please note that this trivia event is designed for the Northern Rivers Region community with Council residents from Ballina Shire, Byron Shire, Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore City, Richmond Valley and Tweed Shire. Correct answers will be relevant to waste and recycling in our regional area.

Second Prize: $100 voucher for Seed and Sprout online store

Best Recycled Outfit Award: $100 voucher to a local restaurant
