Kyogle Council will hold an Extraordinary Meeting on Wednesday, 21 December, 2022 to present the audited financial statements and the auditor’s reports for the year ended 30 June, 2022.
The meeting will start at 2pm and is open to the community.
Under Section 420 of the Local Government Act, 1993, any person may make a submission to Council with respect to the Council’s audited financial statements or the auditor’s reports. Submissions must be in writing and must be lodged with the council within seven days after the date on which those statements are presented to the public. They are also available for inspection at Council’s administration building, Stratheden Street, Kyogle during normal office hours.
