‘Been There. Done That. What’s Next!’ by local resident Dok is a retrospective exhibition of Dok’s involvement in the arts over many years.

Dok studied at the School of Arts where he was fortunate to be guided by well-respected lecturers including John Olsen and Godfrey Miller.

Greatly inspired by these Australian artists, Dok took to his own exploration of exploring the natural form through his work in the fields of painting, drawing and sculpture.

‘Been There. Done That. What’s Next! will officially open on Friday 31 January from 6-8pm. This will be a great opportunity for the public to come along and listen to some of Dok’s stories on his involvement in the arts and his travels as a practicing artist.

Works in this exhibition date back to the painting Dok did to get acceptance into arts college and follows the journeys he has taken to different parts of the world and the influence these places have had on his creativity.
