Woodenbong’s formal Australia Day celebrations will be held the Woodenbong Hall.

The program for the day is as follows:

8.30am RSL Billy tea and damper

9.45am Assemble in front of Woodenbong Public Hall for Flag Raising

10.15am Official proceedings commence

• Australia Day Prayer
• Address by Kyogle Mayor Cr Danielle Mulholland
• Address by Member for Lismore Janelle Saffin MP
• Musical item
• Australia Day Youth address by Woodenbong School Captains
• Australia Day Address by Ambassador Rhys Muldoon
• Presentation to Ambassador
• Musical Items
• Presentation of Australia Day Awards
• Free lunch

1pm  Annual City versus Country cricket match (rec grounds).

2pm  Free entry to Woodenbong Pool
