Winners of Branding and Photographic Competitions

Congratulations to everyone who entered Council's Branding and Photographic Competitions.

The standard of entries in both competitions was very high and everyone who entered can be justifiably proud of their efforts.

Unfortunately, not everyone can win and after a lot of consideration Council is pleased to announce the winners of the two competitions.

The branding competition was won by Kyogle-based graphic designer Jasmine Phillips.

Second place went to Rebecca O'Meara and third place to Rebecca Kocass.

Congratulations to you all.

Council will now put together a branding brief for tender featuring elements from various entries in the competition.

In the photographic competition, Council had four winners over six categories.

Bec Sneath's entry of a boy and a dog on a quad bike with a herd of dairy cows won both the Best Overall Photograph and the Agriculture category.

Photographs submitted by Sandy Kelly won Best Governance and Community Service and Best Village Life categories.

Margaret Rollings won the Best Visitor Attraction category and Krystal Finch won the Best Ageing in Place, Disability Services and Respite Care category.

Council will be using photographs entered in the competition in the community newsletter, on promotional material and on its website.

Once again, thank you to everyone who made the effort to submit entries.
