Kyogle Council is committed to consulting with the community and encourages feedback and input from the public at every opportunity.
Council places a range of documents on exhibition for public comment.
Copies of items on public exhibition are available for viewing at Council's administration centre at 1 Stratheden Street, Kyogle, during normal business hours Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4pm throughout the exhibition period.
You can lodge a submission on all items on public display by following the quick links at the bottom of the page or by writing to the General Manager, Kyogle Council, PO Box 11, Kyogle, NSW, 2474.

DRAFT COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE POLICY
Council resolved at its 10 July 2017 Ordinary meeting to put its draft Community Assistance Policy on public exhibition for for 28 days. The draft policy combines the current Community Funding Support Policy and the Financial Assistance Policy and incorporates additions to Council's grants program.
Submissions from the community on the draft policy are encouraged and should be addressed to the General Manager Kyogle Council and sent to PO Box 11, Kyogle, NSW, 2474 or emailed to email@example.com. Submissions close at 4pm on Monday 7 August 2017.
The draft policy can also be viewed at Kyogle Council's administration centre at 1 Stratheden Street, Kyogle.
Notice of Application for Designated Development pursuant to Section 79(1) Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following development application has been received by Kyogle Council. The proposed development is DESIGNATED development.

Property Description: LOT 1 DP 379688 4-8 CRAIG STREET, KYOGLE
Proposal: CONCRETE WORKS (PRE-CAST CONCRETE PRODUCTS
Consent Authority: KYOGLE COUNCIL
The application seeks consent to develop and operate a concrete works for the purposes of manufacturing of pre-cast concrete products. The development is classified as designated development under s77A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 as the development is proposed on land that is within 250 metres of a residential zone.
The Development Application and accompanying Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) may be inspected during the submission period at Council’s Administration Centre at 1 Stratheden Street, Kyogle between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm weekdays and at the Department of Planning located at 49 Victoria Street, Grafton and 23 – 33 Bridge Street, Sydney, during ordinary office hours or by clicking here. The submission period runs for 30 days from Thursday 6 July to Friday 4 August 2017.
Persons inspecting these documents may make extracts from or copies thereof, and electronic copies (CD) of the EIS can be purchased for $10 each, or hard copies at $60 each.
Any person may make written submissions to Kyogle Council concerning the development application during the submission period. Where a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection are required to be specified in the submission. Please note that all submissions are public documents and may be viewed by other persons with an interest in the application.
Note: Your attention is drawn to section 147 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, which requires those making a submission to disclose all “reportable political donations and/or gifts”.

Any person who objects in writing to the development and who is dissatisfied with the determination of the consent authority to grant development consent may appeal to the Land and Environment Court. If the Planning Assessment Commission conducts a review, the Minister’s determination of the application is final and not subject to appeal.
