Lease of Community Land - Bloore Street, Kyogle

At Council's Ordinary meeting of June 18, 2007, it resolved to advertise for submissions from the public on a proposal to grant to the Kyogle Seniors Centre Inc. a twenty (20) year lease over community land described as Lot 87 DP 1071123 (the proposed site of the Kyogle Seniors Community Centre) for the purpose of an aged care facility. The subject land is located on the western side of the swimming pool and includes the existing scout hall in the redevelopment.

It was further resolved at Council's Ordinary meeting of June 18, 2007 to advertise for public submissions on a proposed memorandum of understanding between Kyogle Council and the Returned Services League (Kyogle Sub-branch) and Casino/Kyogle HACC Flexible Service Inc.

The lease and memorandum of understanding documents will be on public exhibition at the Kyogle Council Administration Building, Stratheden Street, Kyogle, during normal business hours until 4.00pm Wednesday July 18, 2007, or alternatively copies may be made available upon request.

Written submissions and comments may be directed to the Council's General Manager, Kyogle Council, PO Box 11 Kyogle until the closing date.
