About Kyogle

Kyogle is the retail and business centre of the Kyogle Council local government area.

A rural town set in the picturesque hinterland of the Northern Rivers region of NSW, Kyogle has a population of about 3000 people and is well serviced by educational and medical facilities.

It has a vibrant town centre, a well-patronised public swimming pool, a community cinema, a community-run gym, a golf course and a host of other sporting facilities including netball courts, a skate park and a BMX track.

Kyogle has a strong sense of community and is home to a range of service and sporting clubs and community groups.

The town is within two hours drive from Brisbane and one hour from the Gold Coast and coastal centres of Byron Bay, Ballina and Tweed Heads.
