Applications are invited from local organisations seeking donations for the 2007/2008 financial year. These applications close on 31 October annually. Applications from individuals are also available and closing dates for this process are 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 30 April.

Access to Information/Freedom of Information Request for access to Council’s documents are dealt with in accordance with Section 12 of the Local Government Act, Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and Council’s Privacy Management Plan. In addition the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act (PPIPA) sets requirements in relation to disclosure of personal information.
